Execution and Commissioning Services Process:

Installation & Setup

• Mechanical and electrical installation of equipment, including alignment and anchoring.
• Utility hookups for power, air, hydraulics, and cooling systems.
• Verification of installation against design drawings and client standards.
• Coordination with contractors, trades, and plant staff.

I/O Verification & Dry Run

• Comprehensive I/O check of PLCs, robots, HMIs, and safety devices.
• Validation of motion profiles, interlocks, and control logic.
• Dry cycle testing without parts to confirm baseline functionality.
• Debugging and adjustments to ensure readiness for part introduction. 

Safety & Validation

• Formal safety buy-off including guarding, e-stops, and safety PLCs.
• Compliance with OSHA, client-specific, and regulatory requirements.
• Risk assessments and documentation of protective measures.
• Sign-off process with client safety representatives.

Production Ramp-Up

• Initial slow part builds to validate cycle times and quality.
• Capability runs and PPAP validation for customer approval.
• Operator training and delivery of handover documentation.
• Support during ramp-up to stabilize throughput and reliability.

Continuous Improvement & Support

• Post-launch optimization of cycle time and throughput.
• Troubleshooting and resolving recurring downtime issues.
